TRACC supply chain software
I redesigned TRACC’s website to explain their offering better and increase their conversion rate of inbound contact requests.
I made wireframes and a sitemap. I then collaborated with their visual designer to add shine and sparkle.

Marketing Systems & UX Manager at CCi (TRACC)
“It was a pleasure working with Jamie on our new website – his UX/UI expertise and insight was relevant, thorough and on point. He went above and beyond the wireframe expectation, providing us with visuals, annotations and motivation that brought a new dimension to the project.“
My wireframes
These are my high-fidelity wireframes based on user journey mapping and many discussions with the project team.
I gave these wireframes to the visual designer to add sparkle and shine.
My comments on mockups
I collaborated with a visual designer who created mockups based on my wireframes.
I gave feedback and comments on the mockups so the visual designer could make adjustments to improve the UX.
My lessons
I took away 3 lessons from the project.
1 — Collaborating with a visual designer adds sparkle and shine
I specialise in UX design and making sure a website fulfils both the requirements of the business and the desires of the customers.
Collaborating with a visual designer can take UX designs to a higher level of polish and sophistication.
2 — Getting clear about the point of the website informs design
Ask if the website is meant to convert into sales, convert into leads, convert into downloads or simply be informative.
Refine the UX of a website depending on what the main point of the website is.
3 — Testimonials and case studies give powerful credibility
Provide evidence that other people have benefited from doing business with you. This takes away a lot of doubt and anxiety from your prospective customers.
